South Carolina operates 10 welcome centers across the state, including three in South Carolina's Upcountry. Services include complimentary lodging reservations, routing assistance and information on South Carolina attractions, facilities and events. Services are available 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. daily, year-round. The center is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Restrooms are open 24 hours daily.
